Service Agreement and Project Scope

  • All projects begin with a detailed service agreement outlining the project scope, deliverables, deadlines, and fees.
  • Any adjustments or additions to the project scope will require a written agreement and may involve additional charges.

Payment Policies

  • Deposit: For most website projects a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start work on your project. This deposit secures your place in our schedule.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files.

Payment Methods

Branding Studio314 offers a range of payment options to make your transactions flexible and convenient. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards: Major credit and debit cards are accepted for secure, straightforward payments.

Flexible Payment Plans

To make our services more accessible, Branding Studio314 offers flexible payment plans that allows you to split payments into manageable installments. With the payment plan options, you can start your project with us now and pay over time.

  • Klarna, Zip, and Sezzle and Shopify Installments: Flexible financing options are available through Klarna, Zip, and Sezzle and shopify installments allowing you to split payments into interest-free installments. Simply select your preferred payment provider at checkout, and choose the plan that best suits your needs.
  • Installment Options: Choose from a range of interest-free installment plans to fit your budget.
  • Flexible Terms: Payments can be spread out across 4, 6, or 12 weeks, depending on the amount and provider’s terms.
  • Quick Approval: We have partnered with these flexible payment plan copmays to offer a fast approval process, allowing you to select this option at checkout with ease.

These payment plans are designed to make your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible, letting you focus on what matters – bringing your vision to life with Branding Studio314.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure project time and resources.
  • Cancellations: If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment covering the hours and resources expended up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy for Canva Obituary Templates
Please note that my canva obituary templates are designed for users with access to Canva or Canva Pro (Some elements in the design require Canva Pro. If you use the free version of Canva, those elements will not be included.) and a basic understanding of how to use the platform. Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Customers who do not have Canva or Canva Pro to access some elements!  You can always find similar free elements of the ones used in the design using the free version of Canva or you can import your own elements.
  • Customers unfamiliar with using Canva and unable to navigate the platform.

We recommend ensuring you have access to Canva and reviewing its basic features before purchasing. If you need assistance, we’re happy to provide guidance, but refunds will not be issued for these reasons.

Revisions and Approvals for Design Projects

  • Initial Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of revisions within the original scope. Additional revisions will be billed at our hourly rate.
  • Approval: We require written approval at key stages to ensure alignment. No further work will proceed without client approval at each milestone.

Timeline and Deadlines

  • Project Timeline: We work diligently to meet all agreed deadlines. Any delay in approvals or feedback may result in adjustments to the timeline.
  • Rush Fees: Expedited services are available on request and will incur an additional rush fee based on the project requirements.

Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Design Ownership: Branding Studio314 retains ownership of all creative concepts, designs, and assets until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive the rights to final deliverables.
  • Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials. Please notify us in writing if you prefer confidentiality for your project.

Communication and Availability

  • Communication Channels: We are available for client communication via email, phone, and scheduled Zoom meetings.
  • Response Times: We aim to respond to emails within 24-48 hours during business days.
  • Project Updates: Regular updates will be provided to keep you informed of progress.

Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and ensure that any sensitive information shared for project purposes remains confidential.

Technical Support and File Handling

  • File Delivery: Final files will be delivered via email, shared drive, or project management software as appropriate.
  • Technical Support: We offer technical support related to our website services for 30 days after project completion. Further support may be available as a separate service.

Client Responsibility

  • Timely Communication: Client feedback and approvals must be provided promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Content: Clients are responsible for providing all content and materials needed to complete the project.
