Frequently Asked Questions

After you purchase web design or acuity service. Please click on the "DESIGN FORMS" LINK in the menu bar of our site.  Please select the form listed for the web service you booked.  The design form asks a series of questions that will help me to design your website seaminglesly.  After I get your completed design form and any other information you may need to send me via email at  info@brandingstudio314.co I will then began working on your site.

All communication shall be done strictly via email. If something major arises and you feel you need to have a phone call take place, please send me an email at info@brandingstudio314.co to scheduled a phone call.  Send the email with the time and date, and I will confirm it.  Any verbal conversations we have will be followed up with an email.  I love to keep written and paper trails of my projects!

 BrandingStudio314 works consistently to get projects out. Please be advised there will be no constant contact once your project has been submitted or during the creation period of your design. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT BEING WORKED ON, OR HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED. If you have any questions about your project during this time, no problem, simply email info@brandingstudio314.co and we will be more than happy to respond. Projects are created faster and better when there are no constant interruptions.

Payments are submitted through the website or through my honeybook payment portal ONLY! Payments will need to be made BEFORE any service is booked. BrandingStudio314  does offer several payment installments through Sezzle, Klarna, Zip Pay or Shop Pay.  You can choose either of these options at checkout.  We accept credit cards, debit cards and paypal.
