Platform Notice: BrandingStudio314 specializes in designs exclusively on the Canva, Shopify, and Wix platforms.

Refund Policy: All payments made are non-refundable. Since we offer customized services, the time and effort put into creating your designs cannot be refunded. We value our time and yours, so it’s important to communicate your design expectations clearly and professionally. Refunds will only be provided under special circumstances agreed upon by both parties. Changing your mind or opting for another service provider does not qualify for a refund. Buyers remorse does not qualify for a refund. Once payment is received, work on your project will commence as per the agreed timeline.

Project Timelines: To ensure a smooth process, please allow sufficient time for project completion for the following reasons:

  • Revisions may be needed.
  • There may be a high volume of orders.
  • Prior work could take longer than expected. Each product description provides an estimated timeframe for completion.

Turnaround Times: Design turnaround for standard services such as flyers, business cards, and social media branding content typically takes 3 to 14 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. For larger projects like website design and branding packages, please allow 2 to 4 weeks. If the workload changes, turnaround times may vary, and any delays will be promptly communicated. For a more precise understanding of turnaround times, please read the service description as it will tell you the exact timeframe for that individual service. 

Turnaround Notes: Timely completion of your project depends on receiving all required information and materials upfront. Delays in providing content or feedback can extend your project timeline. If you take more than two business days to respond, the completion date may be adjusted.

Photos & Images: For website and graphic design, we recommend using professional photography. If a professional photoshoot isn’t in your budget, we can provide stock images at no extra cost. Please note that photos from camera phones or apps like Snapchat are not accepted.

Revisions & Proofs: The design process is divided into phases. You will receive three free revisions to the initial proof. Additional revisions will incur a $25 fee per revision.

Final Design: Once the final design is approved, the project is considered complete. Ensure you’re satisfied with the final product before approval, as post-approval changes to colors, fonts, etc., will incur a $40 fee. If there’s an error caused by BrandingStudio314, we’ll fix it free of charge.

Transfer of Rights: Once your final design is delivered, you have full control over its use. However, our work, designs and or graphics cannot be resold to third parties. You’re not required to credit BrandingStudio314 when sharing the design, but it’s important NOT to misrepresent the work as being created by another party. Drafts and design samples remain the property of BrandingStudio314 and should not be shared publicly.

Ghosting Clause: If you book a service and fail to respond after one week of no communication, we will send two follow-up emails. If there is no response within an additional week, the project will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. If you wish to resume the project after one month of inactivity, a $100 restart fee will apply - NO EXCEPTIONS.
