At BrandingStudio314, we are committed to delivering personalized, high-quality logo designs that reflect your brand's identity. Please carefully review the following policies regarding our logo design process:

Logo Creation Process
All logos are crafted using Adobe Illustrator, a leading design software known for creating high-quality, scalable vector graphics. This ensures that your logo can be resized without losing quality, making it perfect for use across all platforms—from business cards to billboards. Adobe Illustrator provides the precision and flexibility needed to deliver a professional, polished logo that aligns with your brand’s vision.

 

1. Ownership and Rights

  • Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final logo design. This grants you the right to use the logo across digital and print platforms.
  • BrandingStudio314 retains the right to showcase the logo in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or altering the logo without prior written consent from BrandingStudio314.

2. Custom Logo Designs

  • All logos created are unique and customized to your brand. We do not provide stock or pre-made designs unless specifically requested.
  • Clear communication of your brand vision is crucial for creating the best design. Miscommunication may lead to delays or extra revision fees.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments for logo design services are 100% non-refundable.
  • Once you receive the initial draft of your logo design, no refunds will be issued, even if you decide to change your mind or use another designer.
  • This policy reflects the time, effort, and creativity put into creating your custom design.
    We are familiar with the "logo schemes".  Where clients will get a rough draft of a logo and say they don't want that particular logo and request refund - and if refund is given , client still uses the logo rough draft as a logo for their business!  Because we are aware of this - If I ever refund you for a logo, it will be under our Partial Reimbursement Clause

  • At BrandingStudio314, we strive to deliver quality logo designs that meet your expectations. However, in the event that a project is canceled, the following partial refund policy applies:

    • Cancellation Before Rough Draft: If you choose to cancel the logo design project before receiving the initial rough draft, you may be eligible for a 40% refund of the total project fee. The remaining 60% is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort already invested in conceptualizing your custom design.

    • Cancellation After Rough Draft: Once the initial rough draft has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. By this point, substantial work has been completed, and the project is considered in progress.

    Please be sure to communicate any concerns or changes early in the process to avoid cancellation or dissatisfaction. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage timely feedback to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

    Note: All refunds, partial or otherwise, are at the sole discretion of BrandingStudio314 and will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

4. Revisions

  • Your logo design package includes three free revisions of the initial design.
  • Additional revisions beyond the three complimentary ones will incur a $20 fee per revision.
  • Revisions cover adjustments to the layout, fonts, and colors. Any significant changes to the concept or a complete redesign will be considered a new project, requiring additional payment.

5. Turnaround Times

  • Logo designs typically take 7 to 10 business days to complete, depending on complexity and client response times.
  • Timely communication is essential to meet deadlines. If there’s a delay in responding to design proofs (more than two business days), the project timeline may be extended accordingly.

6. Final Delivery

  • After final approval, you will receive the logo files in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, and vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG) for both digital and print use.
  • Ensure you’re fully satisfied with the logo before final approval. Changes after approval will be subject to a $50 fee.

7. Logo Usage Guidelines

  • To maintain brand integrity, do not alter the logo's proportions, colors, or layout without consulting BrandingStudio314.
  • Ensure the logo is displayed prominently across all platforms, maintaining adequate spacing from other design elements to preserve its visual impact.

8. Transfer of Files

  • Final logo files will be sent digitally via email or file-sharing services after project completion and full payment.
  • It is the client's responsibility to securely store these files. BrandingStudio314 is not responsible for lost or damaged files after delivery.

9. Trademarking Your Logo

  • BrandingStudio314 does not provide legal trademarking services. We recommend consulting a legal professional to trademark your design once received.

10. Communication

  • All communication regarding logo design projects will be done via email or our business phone number. We do not discuss logo designs on social media or other informal platforms.

By using BrandingStudio314’s logo design services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Our goal is to provide a transparent and efficient process, and your understanding of these terms ensures successful collaboration.
