This service plan is charged monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your service plan at any time.

Monthly retainer fees are paid upfront each month before work is requested. All retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of projects each month, without having to worry about what other client projects are ahead of you!

Turnaround: 7-10 business days turnaround for the project task. 

Revision: Each design package includes initial proof & two free revisions.

Leftovers – Unused graphics will roll over into the following month. The rollover graphic expires at the end of the second month, and an unused graphic is forfeited in the last month of the agreement. Hours in excess of the monthly agreement are billed at the retainer rate.

Subscription Terms & Conditions
Your monthly subscription will start when your payment is made and will continue for a period of 30 days. Auto-renew is automatically enrolled when signing up. As services are used, time is deducted from the pre-paid retainer. All work performed is itemized after each task is completed to show usage.

Refund: Due to the custom nature of our services we can’t offer any refund.
